Patton is about people.  Other assets, processes, and technology are critical to optimizing productivity, but could never replace a purpose-driven unified team with a common goal.  Patton's past success is based on consistently providing creative solutions from inception to occupancy.  Patton's culture of shared workspaces and Big Room design provides seamless communication between design and implementation.  The Patton design team consists of both engineering and BIM staff functioning in a shared workspace.  

From the Beginning, the Revit model is shared with field personnel to gain their input and familiarize them with the final product.  Major design and model updates are shared in brief, scheduled meeting held at the start of new phases of preconstruction.  This process results in a BIM model that is efficient and constructable.

Before construction work is started, all that is necessary to complete the project is integrated into PlanGrid and BIM 360 Glue.  Teams meet to discuss assumptions and revisit design decisions.  This collaborative process links each phase and department together.

 
 
 Patton consistently delivers creative, cost-effective HVAC systems on-time, on-budget and with minimal waste utilizing lean construction techniques.  Since 2003, Patton has profited from utilizing a "Just-in-Time" delivery method for job-site material management and fabrication scheduling.
