1921
PATTON SHEET METAL
Patton Sheet Metal Works was opened in 1921 by James Monroe (Jim) Patton. The Company began by making water troughs for horses. Jim ran the Company until 1947, when it was taken over by William Robert (Bill) Patton. Bill grew the company into the HVAC industry and ran Patton Sheet Metal Works until selling the Company to his son, Michael Robert (Mike) Patton

PATTON AIR CONDITIONING
Mike began at the Company as an estimator in 1967, and bought the Company in 1984. Mike expanded the Company into the computer age, employing the latest CAD systems available at the time. As sheet metal work gave way to air conditioning, Mike changed the name of the Company in 1997 to Patton Air Conditioning to better reflect the Company’s operations.

PATTON BUILD. TRUST.
In 2009 Mike Patton transitioned the company to his Chief Engineer Chris May. In 2015 Chris added Justin Fortmeyer and Steve Gejeian to the ownership team to solidify his vision for making Patton the premier design build energy solutions provider in Central California. As a team they represent Patton’s vision for the future. A company that is committed to client needs, innovation and relationships.
