Weber BMW contracted with Patton Air Conditioning to design and install the HVAC system for a second showroom at its Fresno dealership to display its increased pre-owned vehicle inventory. The two-story, 35,000-square-foot facility is located south of the new car showroom on Palm Avenue, just north of Herndon Avenue.

BMW’s excellent leasing, financing and warranty programs is making the option to lease or buy a pre-owned vehicle more appealing to customers which created the need for the new showroom said Jerry Pajouh, owner and general manager of Weber BMW.

Patton’s HVAC specialists overcame several challenges such as large areas of clear glazing required for displaying the cars. Patton’s custom HVAC system utilizes ultrahigh-efficiency air conditioning units installed on the roof along with special supply grilles to push the conditioned air 70 feet across the showroom.

The architecture firm is Marlette Associates of Clovis, and the general contractor is Johnston Contracting of Fresno. The design began in October 2005, and construction should be completed in the spring of 2007. The architecture is unique and was developed jointly by Jerry Pajouh and Ron Marlette.
