This new 15,000-square-foot facility is located at the southeast corner of Palm and Herndon. Gordon L. Mountjoy & Associates built the building that is owned by the Bucky Harris family.

Patton’s HVAC specialists installed high-efficiency gas/electric units on the roof to serve the air-conditioned areas. Most of the showroom glazing was 22 feet high with the same height ceilings. Special grilles were selected to wipe the glass from above to get warm air to the floor during the winter.

The architecture firm was Dennis J. Flynn Architects from Fullerton, California. Infiniti required that the building design conform to their standard. Design began in July 2004 and the building was completed August 2005.
